Tallyance is an early-stage service in development. This policy describes how we handle information submitted through the tallyance.com waitlist, not a future customer application.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and record when you joined, along with the version of the consent statement you accepted. We do not ask for your medical bills, insurance details, or medical history on this site.

How we use it

We use the email address to send occasional information about Tallyance's development, early access, and launch, and to maintain a list of people interested in the service. We do not sell waitlist email addresses or use them for paid third-party advertising.

Where information is processed

We use Cloudflare to host the website, store waitlist submissions, and help protect the form from automated abuse through Cloudflare Turnstile. These services may process technical information necessary to operate and secure the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for information about Cloudflare's handling of data.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while we are developing Tallyance and communicating with interested people, unless you request removal sooner or we discontinue the waitlist.

Your choices

You can request to be removed from the waitlist or ask what information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will handle requests as applicable law requires.

Do not submit sensitive information

Please do not email medical records, explanations of benefits, insurance account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through this public site. We are not accepting that information through the waitlist.
